2026 Convention Rates
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
The standard rate applies to dancers & studios who register 30 Days or less before each event!
Studio owners and teachers registering 15+ students are eligible for a special discount (please email for rates) and free observer passes (up to 5 for teachers and staff)
Registration MUST BE paid 14 days before event to ensure spots for dancer(s)!
Registration ends 1 week prior to an event!
Full day convention package includes 6 convention classes, an all-level award ceremony, and our exclusive audition convention class, where dancers have the chance to audition for our elite apprenticeship program for the following season!
Half day convention package includes 3 convention classes in the morning, and a mini/petite award ceremony
AWARDS
All of our full day conventions conclude in a group award ceremony. Mini/Petites who participate in the half day convention option will not be eligible for the award ceremony. Mini/petites, juniors, and teen/seniors participating in the full day convention package will participate in an approximately 30 minute award ceremony after 6 master classes finish.
Throughout the day, dancers have the opportunity to be noticed by our On Top Staff, including our master teachers, merchandise staff, director, and auditioning staff. Our staff will award dancers based on a variety of things, including top technique, top choreography retention, top performers, and more!
One dancer will be awarded for each style/level for their exceptional work. Dancers will also be awarded ON TOP DANCE certificates, scholarships, and merchandise! We also want to thank our Sponsors & Partners for their contributions to our award ceremonies! All convention and in-studio conventions will be awarded scholarships from our various sponsors. Teen/Senior dancers have the ability to enter into our prestigious apprenticeship program, where they will have the ability to learn the “behind the scenes” of the convention business, work with our guest artists, and so much more!
